As part of a major Sida-funded initiative to integrate gender equality into Ukraine’s public finance system, NIRAS supported government partners in advancing gender-responsive budgeting (GRB) across national, regional, and local levels.

To capture and communicate the results of this transformative work, in addition to fully-illustrative Final Report, our communications team produced a premium Results & Reflections coffee-table book — blending compelling visuals, accessible narrative, and powerful beneficiary testimonials to highlight tangible change at the institutional, community and individual level.

We also developed a high-quality impact video (see below) to further amplify the project’s achievements. Designed for use across events and digital platforms, the video distills complex reform processes into a clear, engaging story that resonates with diverse audiences.

By combining strategic storytelling with strong visual design, we helped ensure that the impact of GRB in Ukraine is not only measured — but seen, understood, and shared.
