As part of the PACWASTE Plus initiative—which assessed and strengthened waste-management interventions across Pacific Island countries—NIRAS undertook the mid-term evaluation, and our communications team translated the findings into accessible visuals and formats. We produced the evaluation brief in English, Tetum and French to ensure reach among diverse stakeholders. We also designed 15 country info-sheets, each tailored to highlight project focus, local actors, good practices, major achievements, lessons learned and future steps. To further amplify the work, our team supported the production of the project video—providing scriptwriting, editing and animated graphics to bring the story to life.
