Competitiveness for Recovery (C4R) Ukraine (2026–2030) Programme
Implemented together with Helvetas, NIRASsupports C4R by working with Ukrainian businesses, business associations andsector stakeholders in strengthening competitiveness, improving market accessand addressing practical bottlenecks in value chains. The work contributes to Ukraine’seconomic recovery by helping enterprises adapt to the current context, improve cooperationacross sectors and connect more effectively to technical expertise and marketopportunities. In the dairy sector, this is reinforced by NIRAS’ Memorandum of Understandingwith the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine, which provides a platform forcloser dialogue with the industry and identifies concrete support needs amongdairy producers and processors.
