We work with businesses, industry organisations and public-sectorpartners to strengthen competitiveness, develop value chains and improve accessto markets and investment. Our focus is on helping Ukrainian enterprises adapt,grow and contribute to a resilient and increasingly EU-integrated economy.
Implemented together with Helvetas, NIRAS supports CORE by working with Ukrainian businesses, business associations and sector stakeholders in strengthening competitiveness, improving market access and addressing practical bottlenecks in key value chains (agribusiness and food processing; wood processing; sustainable construction; manufacturing; and IT). CORE contributes to Ukraine’s economic recovery by helping enterprises adapt to the current context, improve cooperation across sectors and connect more effectively to technical expertise and market opportunities. In the dairy sector, for example, this is reinforced by NIRAS’ Memorandum of Understanding with the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine, which provides a platform for closer dialogue with the industry and identifies concrete support needs among dairy producers and processors.
